Specializing in authentic soul and funk, this Ohio based label had humble beginnings. Rather than scouring existing labels, Terry Cole started Colemine Records as an outlet to release his band’s album back in ’07. Maintaining his day job as a high school biology teacher and running Colemine as a side hustle was the grind until 2014. Terry partnered with his younger brother, Bob, and Colemine Records became their full time job. Since then, the label has garnered attention from soul music lovers around the world. Colemine Records has appeal and charm that is as undeniably genuine as the music they release.
